Sygna Accident Report. Note: ‘Serious!’

Went to a wedding at Cardiff and then parking down in Speers Point Park where the waves were at least two foot tall crashing onto the shore. Slept over at girlfriend’s parents house at Speers Point and when I awoke in the morning a substantial Weeping Willow was laying on the ground beside my VW, cuddling it. Miraculously, no damage to the VW. The journo I had swapped a shift with at the SMH Newcastle office was less than impressed. He had been run off his feet filing stories.
